Foreigners, including Iranians, can register a 100%-owned company in Türkiye. The most common type is the limited company (Ltd. Şti.), with minimum capital of TL 50,000. But if you want a work permit through the company, it must meet stricter criteria: since 2025, at least TL 500,000 of capital and 5 Turkish employees.

Bank accounts for Iranians
