Spanish residency in 2026: non-lucrative €2,400, digital nomad, work and Blue Card, entrepreneur, study, family and arraigo — after the golden visa ended and the new regulation.
With a high quality of life, a sunny climate, strong healthcare and dynamic cities such as Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia, Spain is one of Europe's most popular places to live. The golden visa ended in April 2025, but the new immigration regulation (since May 2025) made the work, study and family routes more flexible: student work up to 30 hours, arraigo after 2 years and a 5-year permit for families of Spanish citizens.
